Ballerinas do not have cellulite "tubercles". And in many respects thanks not only to dance, but also to squats. These are the best exercises to get rid of cellulite. In order to perform "plie", do the following steps:

  1. To begin with, they stand in a pose with their legs wide apart (while the socks, like a ballerina's, are apart).
  2. Then they squat down slowly. During the execution, the thighs should be almost parallel to the floor.
  3. After that, as it were, they push themselves up and return to their original position. Repeat 15 times.
  4. The same action is performed, but the right foot is already put on the toe. Only 15 repetitions.
  5. The next 15 sets also do the same, but at the same time the leg is changed to the left.

Sumo

Another type of squat. Training is similar to sumo wrestling, but unlike heavyweight athletes, sumo women will help train beautiful buttocks and significantly reduce the manifestations of tuberosity of the external fat layer. Train as follows:

  • Take a standing position, keep your feet shoulder-width apart. Hands at chest level, fastened together with fingers.
  • Socks unfold (45 degrees) and after inhaling, squat, slightly tilted until the thighs become parallel to the floor.
  • Returning to the first position, exhale. 10-15 sets will be enough.

Bridge

From home exercises for cellulite, a simple but working lesson is distinguished. To work out the muscles of the pelvis and eliminate tubercles of fat, you need to lie on a flat surface and bend your knees. In this case, the feet should lie on the floor or be on the BOSU (simulator in the form of a "cut half" of a large gymnastic ball).
